Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-10-22 · Updated 22 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases of Wobli products and, where relevant, individually agreed custom 3D-printing work. Standard online delivery is offered within Switzerland only. Customers elsewhere must contact Wobli to discuss a separate arrangement; entering a foreign address does not create an offer of international shipping. Customers must have the capacity to enter the transaction or obtain a legal representative’s consent where required.
2. Products and 3D printing
The product description identifies the item, price, availability and any stated material, dimensions, safety instructions or intended use. Minor layer lines, texture differences and small cosmetic variations are normal features of 3D printing; photographs and screen colours may differ slightly from the finished object. This does not excuse defects, unsafe products, missing promised characteristics or material departures from the description. Follow the product’s care and safety instructions and use it only for its described purpose.
3. Prices, sales and promo codes
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Wobli is not registered for Swiss VAT and does not charge or separately display Swiss VAT. Product prices, applicable discounts, shipping costs and the final amount are shown before payment. Prices and availability are verified by the shop. Only one promo code may be used per order, subject to its stated conditions, expiry, remaining uses and the availability of any free item. The checkout summary shows the benefits actually applied and the amount payable before you confirm payment.
4. Ordering and payment
Add items to your cart, sign in to a verified account, choose delivery or pickup, check and correct your contact details and order, and accept these terms, including the cancellation, return and refund provisions below. You can review the final amount and go back to delivery details before submitting payment. Submitting payment is a binding purchase request; the shop order is confirmed when successful payment has been verified by Wobli. An unpaid, failed or abandoned checkout is not a paid order. Confirmation is shown in your account and sent by transactional email.
Stripe processes payments using its payment interface. Wobli does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. If a confirmed payment cannot be fulfilled, Wobli will contact you and arrange the refund due; you are not required to accept a substitute product. Do not pay again merely because a confirmation is delayed: check your account or contact Wobli first.
5. Shipping and pickup
Standard shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 4.90. Shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal reaches CHF 50.00, calculated using current product sale prices before any additional promo-code discount. A free promo item does not add value towards that threshold. A valid free-shipping promo may also remove the shipping charge. Local pickup is free; Wobli communicates the pickup location and arrangements through checkout or order confirmation. The amount displayed and accepted at checkout applies to your order.
6. Preparation, delivery and preorders
Standard products are normally prepared within approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery within Switzerland is estimated at approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; availability and the product description may indicate a different lead time. Preorder estimates are shown with the product. Preparation and delivery dates for personalised or custom work are agreed individually. Wobli will inform you of significant delays and discuss the available options, without limiting remedies available under applicable law.
Operator and contact details
Wobli is operated by Michal Wikiera as an individual, not as a separately incorporated company. Business postal address: Av. de la Gare 31, 1022 Chavannes-près-Renens, Switzerland.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Wobli does not offer a general voluntary right to return a correctly supplied product solely because you change your mind. You may request cancellation before preparation or production begins by contacting contact@wobli.ch with your order number. Once preparation or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, particularly for personalised or made-to-order work. Where your account offers online cancellation and the system confirms it, Wobli honours that cancellation, including any more favourable cancellation option offered by the shop.
An approved or legally required refund is normally returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A cancellation request, a refund initiated and money credited by your bank are different stages; bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Do not send goods back before obtaining return instructions. For any individually agreed change-of-mind return, Wobli will state the conditions and return costs in advance. This voluntary-return policy does not restrict claims for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods, or any mandatory rights.
8. Defects, damage and statutory rights
Inspect your delivery and notify contact@wobli.ch promptly of defects, damage or incorrect items, giving your order number, a description and useful photographs where possible. Wobli will examine the issue and provide the remedy due under applicable Swiss law, including replacement, a price reduction or a refund where applicable; repair may be agreed where appropriate. Statutory defect claims for new consumer goods are generally subject to a two-year limitation period from delivery. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, product-safety obligations, liability for intent or gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Custom Lab and model rights
Submitting a model, suggestion or message is a request for review, not an order or an obligation to print. The scope, price, preparation time and any specific conditions must be agreed before work begins. You retain your rights in submitted files and authorise Wobli to use them only as needed to assess and carry out your request. You must hold the rights or permissions necessary to submit and reproduce the model. Do not submit unlawful material or infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy. Wobli may refuse technically infeasible, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate requests. Personalised or made-to-order work may no longer be cancellable once production begins, without limiting mandatory rights. Uploaded files are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Accounts and communications
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, verify your email address, protect your login credentials and use only your own account. Tell Wobli if you suspect unauthorised access. Messages and Custom Lab conversations are for the customer and authorised administration, not public posting. Do not send spam, payment-card details, unnecessary sensitive information or material you are not entitled to share. Account deletion ends access to the profile; required transaction records and backup copies may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and versions
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory legal protections and competent courts that cannot be waived by agreement. No exclusive court is imposed on consumers contrary to mandatory jurisdiction rules. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order; its version identifier and acceptance time are recorded. Later changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights from existing orders. English and French versions are provided; an unintended translation discrepancy does not override mandatory rights. Questions or complaints may be sent to contact@wobli.ch.
